10 days and counting...

Yet again, Jared and I are apart. :( He was away working for 7 weeks at the beginning of the summer. And now he is in Arkansas again, getting everything ready for Noah and I to move down---stress free. I am so proud of him. Not only has he pulled a trailer with everything we own across the country by himself, but he found a job the first day he arrived, and started working the next day. He's also found us a place to live and registered himself for classes. What a productive guy!

So, here's a tribute to the man I love and the best part about my life!

Jared, I miss you so much and can't wait to see you soon. Thanks for everything that you do. You are amazing. xoxo Court

A Loaf of Bread

Yep, our son is the size of a loaf of bread. He's growing fast though- at his appointment last week, he was up to 5 lbs 3 oz, which is almost a pound in one week!

Here's one of our first family pictures- don't you love Noah's face? ha ha ha

Noah loves his parents!

***Life is pretty crazy right now...we are moving in 2 days (should be packing, not posting). Jared's actually going to Arkansas with the U-haul, after taking me to Logan to spend about 3 weeks with my parents. I'm just not quite ready for a cross-country move, recovering from a c-section, and with a little baby. That way Jared can get us a place to live and find a job, without me being there stressing about it. I'll meet Jared in Seattle for his brother's wedding and then we will fly back to Arkansas together the beginning of September. I'm def not excited about being separated from Jared AGAIN, but we think it will be for the best.

Happiness is a poopy diaper...

Here are some pictures from this past week...
Life has changed dramatically since having Noah! Last Friday I was as pregnant as ever taking the nightly 4-mile walk with Jared. Now I'm nursing Noah for the 10th time today! I saw sun today for the first time this week. I love it though! Noah is a sweetheart...honestly the cutest baby I've ever seen. I can't believe he's mine!
My mom is here staying with us for the week. She is a lifesaver. Because of her, we are eating 3 home cooked meals a day, I get to take naps throughout the day, and Noah gets lots of playtime with his grandmama.
I could not possibly be happier!
